NAPNAP Headquarters to Relocate to New York City

CHERRY HILL, NJ (October 1, 2012) – The National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP) is pleased to officially announce its National Headquarters will move from Cherry Hill, NJ to New York City this fall. The move comes just prior to NAPNAP’s 40th anniversary which is an appropriate time to reflect on past accomplishments and historic achievements of the association.  After many months of consideration, the NAPNAP Executive Board enthusiastically and unanimously selected New York City as the location for the future. The new headquarters will support and complement our new DC satellite office.

The NAPNAP Headquarters will relocate to 5 Hanover Square, Suite 1401, New York, NY 10004 this fall. New York City is a major hub for associations and provides NAPNAP with opportunities for potential collaboration with other organizations and increased exposure with potential donors and funding partners. The new location will place NAPNAP among the ranks of other well-known professional associations.  Members are welcome to visit the new headquarters which is located in the financial district of Manhattan with convenient walking distance to subways, path trains, NJ transit and the NYC Waterway Ferry.

Over the next few months, NAPNAP will transition staff to the new location and will recruit for new personnel in the New York metropolitan area as needed.  The association expects a smooth transition with no down time during the relocation. Please be assured the NAPNAP staff will be available to provide optimal customer service during this transition.

Now is the time to promote progressive movement that will elevate the visibility and image of NAPNAP as the go to source for issues affecting child health and advanced practice nursing. This relocation is a bold step, one that will advance the association in a new city full of opportunities and growth.  Your professional association is moving in a positive direction that will continue to serve you well for the next 40 years.

Please join us in celebrating this news. Stay tuned for additional details on the official move this fall.
