PNP Resource Website from UCSF PNP Student
My name is Sarah Oppenheim and I just graduated from UCSF School of Nursing¹s PNP program. I received your name through our NAPNAP network as a member of the University of Colorado¹s PNP faculty.
I am reaching out today because two friends from my graduating class and I built a free reference site for NPs that we thought your current students may find helpful. The site¹s name is www.npstudent.com. It is our way to pay forward the knowledge we gained over our graduate school experience to the next cohort of providers. We have organized our notes into well child checks by age, health conditions by system, and much more. We basically took all of our favorite websites, videos, tools and articles and linked to them all in one place.
We are hoping to spread the word about this free resource. Please consider telling your students know about it by announcing it in class, sending it out on a school listserv, or including it as a resource on your course syllabus. We think it is an innovative and helpful tool; one we wish we had during our pediatric training.
If you have any questions about the site or us, please do not hesitate to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you very much for your time and consideration in advance.
