NEW! 'Immunize for Good' Website for Spanish-Speaking Parents

Posted over 5 years ago by Susan Rowley

Children's Colorado Immunization Coalition is excited to announce the launch of a new vaccine website for Spanish-speaking parents. The condensed version of 'Immunize for Good' - -  is now available to help Spanish-speaking parents in their decision to protect their children through immunization.

'Vacúnalos Por Su Bien' is the first comprehensive vaccine website for Spanish-speaking parents in Colorado and one of the only nationwide. As a go-to source for everything Spanish-speaking parents need to know about getting their child vaccinated, the website answers questions such as:

  • Why should I vaccinate my child?

  • How do vaccines work? (Video)

  • Where can I get my child vaccinated?

  • Are vaccines safe?

  • How can I make shots less stressful or painful for my child?

  • What are my options for paying for vaccines?

Want to help spread the good? Here are ways you can get involved:
  • Encourage your friends, family and co-workers to visit to get the facts about vaccines and learn why immunization is one of the smartest, safest choices parents can make for their child’s health.
  • Share why you support childhood immunizations with a written or video testimonial.
  • Order materials, including postcards, posters and Good to Go table tents (coming soon), for your practice or clinic at
  • Keep your eyes peeled and ears open for 'Vacúnalos Por Su Bien' billboards (see map)and radio advertisements. Snap a photo of a billboard (extra kudos for including a kiddo in the shot!) or record when/on which station you heard the radio ad and post it to our Facebook page. We'll reward you with a goody bag!
Together, let’s make sure every Colorado kid can proudly say, “I’m good.”

The Colorado Children's Immunization Coalition (CCIC) promotes improved access, delivery, and demand for children's vaccinations to keep Colorado healthy.
